Do not litter and leave trash anywhere — beach, mountain, caves, etc. The Locals are very obedient when it comes to cleanliness and proper disposal of trash. If you can’t see a trash bin, take your garbage with you until you can dispose of it properly.
3. Excercise sustainable tourism.
Support the local products; however, ensure that the making of the products didn’t endanger other creatures or harm the environment. Bring your own water bottles and eco bag to lessen plastic wastes.
4. Be mindful of the transportation schedule.
The last trip for jeepneys is usually at 5 PM. If you go beyond that and your hotel is in another town, you will have to charter a tricycle to get to your hotel. You will have to spend more.
